Deposits
Camping sites: $60.00 per site or cost of stay (if lower)
Monthly/Seasonal sites: $200.00
Cabin/Chalet: $200.00 up to 7 days;$400.00 for 7+ days
Payments
Reservation Deposit to be paid at time of booking. Full Payment for camping to be paid 10 days in advance of arrival. Full Payment for Monthly camping and for Cabin/Chalets to be paid 21 days in advance of arrival; Seasonal to be paid by April 15.
Refund Policy
No Refund on Reservation Deposits. No Refund on Full Payments when paid. No Refund for any reason for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures.
Cancellation Policy
We do understand that cancellations do sometimes occur.
We highly recommend travel insurance to protect you in events where you want to or need to cancel your booking but where our cancellation policy will not provide coverage. Some campers may want to or need to cancel their reservation due to a personal or family emergency, whether medical or otherwise. Some campers may want or need to cancel their reservation due to challenges out of their control such as road closures, flight cancellations or broken down vehicles. Some campers may want or need to cancel their reservations due to natural disasters such as flooding or forest fires.
This certainly is not an exhaustive list and is only provided to illustrate that you may experience situations that require you to cancel your reservation which falls outside of our cancellation policy and will result in you paying for your cancelled reservation. Any bookings that are cancelled or shortened within 21 days of the start of your reservation are not eligible for a refund and any balance owing is due at the time of cancellation. Purchasing travel insurance may provide you cancellation coverage when our cancellation policy does not.
